Re-Set Up My System with X-Plane 12 (out of warranty)
So, you purchased a system from us (over a year ago) and it came with X-Plane 11. Now, you have purchased X-Plane 12 and things like multiple monitors, Air Manager, controllers, panels, G1000s, GNS530s, etc, etc no longer work. On top of that, you cannot figure it out, yourself. By purchasing this labor, we will remote into your computer help you re-set it up with V12.
Before contacting us, please make sure you have purchased and installed V12 on your computer as this take a couple of hours to download.
This does NOT include the setup or installation of third party products that did not come as a part of your system from us. These include, but are not limted to, planes, scenery, plugins, etc.
